This is the most honest video I have seen on facebook or Youtube…But I am sure it could have been much better and we could have received the same message without the Foul Language. Foul Language is one of the reasons why we are NOT great any more. The performer should correct himself first, but we always blame others!

I really wish I had lived during WWII. I feel as though the terms ‘nationalism’ and ‘patriotism’ had true meaning back then. many were eager to put themselves on the front lines to defend a country the loved so dearly. If a third world war were to break out today…. I don’t even want to think about it. My generation would be glad to stand back and let other sign up before them. fear would overcome their sense of nationalism. .
Some lighthearted words and a quote do not make words true. While there is some truth behind your words on categorizing nations, America is no longer number one at all. Our politicians our corrupt and uncompromising. 3% of the nation own 80% percent of the wealth. There was a way in which the supporters of the Occupy Movement conducted themselves to send the biggest message. That way was peacefully. I know you are just some person who chose your username to show support and give to a cause, but honestly I think that you do disservice to their message in your comments to others. It is impossible to rank a country as best in the world except categorically. If you live in the USA or ANY country and live a life that makes you happy, a life that makes others around you happy, a life that is directed and progressive, then that nation is greatest country on earth. How do you make a nation great? Have people willing to make it so. Make this world great by making your world better. T. E. Lawrence said the dreamers of the day are dangerous men because they make dreams reality.
Also, the only reason why we ever went to the Moon was to retaliate against the Soviet Union launching sputnik into space. It never had anything to do with advancing mankind. It was only a response to gain ground on our rivals.
Plus, this country was never founded as a Democracy either. It was founded as a polyarchy with some democratic principles. The only facet that led to this country to remotely gaining any sort of democracy was from movements initiated by the public fighting for their civil liberties. We still struggle mightily with this today. In fact, we are prepetually losing our civil liberties. The US is not and has never been the greatest country in the world.

We weren’t given much of a chance to be more than a “shit generation” as you call it… The education system is purposely flawed in this country; they set us up to be dumb and under the false illusion that we are the best. Open a high school history book, the omissions from the damn thing will blow you away. Facts, flaws, and tragedies have been extremely downplayed or even erased from ever happening. ex) Jap. Americans of WWII, the start of the fed, blow-back from our imperialistic policies.

We had a whole lot less to complain about than thier colony of India but we struck up almost instantly. I’m sad to say most other Americans just say “leave the country”… my reply? “As an American citizen I have a RIGHT to be upset about things are done and can bring up my points to find change.
