I wouldn’t run off and start quoting this as the utmost truth about this country, but I definitely won’t dismiss it as absolute foolishness either. I’ve been there, he’s right. Not only did I see it, the people told me time and time again about everything that’s wrong with their country. It’s the only country I’ve been to where the people are so upset with their government and way of life. It’s not a bad country, it’s actually quite nice. But it’s not the best, not even close.
7) At the same time #6 is implenmented we pass a balanced budget ammendment. We can only spend what the 15% flat tax brings in.
5) Once all 4 of the above are complete and the budget is balanced once and for all we will raise taxes on the top 5% of income earners until the $16 trillion in debt is paid down to zero. Should take about 20 years.
6) Once the debt is zero we implement a flat tax of 15% on all incomes regardless of your income. No deductions or credits for being married, single, having 1 kid, 9 kids, buying a hybrid car, installing solar panels, etc.
4) Spend $50 billion and build a couple dozen “super prisions” throughout the country. If people don’t want to act like civilizied and productive members of society and want to break laws they just need to go away. We will have REAL punishments for crimes and the 3 Strikes Law will be nationwide (but on your 3rd strike it isn’t 25 years, it is LIFE)
3) Phase out Social Security & Medicare slowly over the next 50 years. Anyone currently over age 40 will see no changes in how these programs work for them. Anyone currently between 19-39 will have their benefits slowly faded out for them once they reach retirement age (i.e – a person currently aged 39 will only get about 90% of what they would get without these changes once they retire until it fades out completely) all people under 18 will not get any Social Security or Medicare
