The cop was from the Amherst PD. He did lie, or told untruths due to fallacious memory, numerous times – I was the driver of the car during the original incident and I remember the incident almost exactly as Teri does and the cop twisted the story – intentionally or not – to the advantage of the govt.
Congrats on your victory in court! Sometimes, though not usually, you actually DO get some justice in there. My hat’s off to the judge for acknowledging the truth and rightfully dismissing the case.
