I captured this, as it says in the video, in the morning hours of December 7, 2009. It’s just a small, white jet that appears to be on a descent to Dulles airport, but which doesn’t seem to pass me – I pass IT – on its way to a runway. It just seems to sit in midair. I use a light pole as a marker. If you say that it appears to be moving very slowly, as I see it, the only reason ANYTHING appears to be moving is because I am. I’m just tossing it in there with my pile of vids. I see this phenomena so much that it’s really become commonplace. Another individual who claims not to believe in ETs/ufos actually posted on my September 23, 2009 video to say they’d had a similar frozen plane sighting (www.youtube.com There’s also a great thread at AboveTopSecret.com (www.abovetopsecret.com where an individual shares their own hovering plane experience. This is a real phenomena, but what the hell does it mean? It is my position that there are beings inside these planes that somehow can tell when they are being observed / videotaped. The verdict is still out, but I will continue to document what I see and post my findings. Are you joking? This “phenomenon” is something your brain should have learned to perceive for what it is when you were an infant. Does the moon follow you everywhere as well?
