Well my point was that protesters or reporters might as well replace some of their cameras with hidden ones to have some proofs of the accusations made against policemen to counter the official lies and also policemen could never know if their mischief is being recorded or not.which acts as a dissuasive weapon.
@sinekonata Oh sure, yes. Especially where, as in the UK, the police has been known to confiscate cameras and footage, it may be necessary for them to be hidden. I thought you were talking about CCTV. :)

@sinekonata Police don’t particularly care when they are caught on camera beating people, because internal investigations always find the behavior to be within standard procedures.

Portable, wireless cameras that can stream a video feed to a remote location are now a reality. Anyone going to these events needs to equip themselves with one so that all of their video evidence can be transmitted safely to a remote location.
