For all we know, if the biker would’ve just sat there, the police porbably wouldn’t have given him such a hard time. But if the biker sits there and the police start acting like asses,then we’ll know who’re the real thugs.

He doesn’t automatically deserve a beating just because he ran. The police are not judge, jury and executioner – they’re law enforcement and their job is to apprehend the suspect, not decide how hard to spank him.

no dude the police don’t have the right to decide whether or not you deserve to be hit, the judge decides your penalty AS IT SHOULD BE under our constitution. You start taking away one mans rights, and soon we all lose them.

If I had not been ordered to stop the chase and caught him, I would have cuffed him and let the judiciary do their job. Would I have been upset that he ran? endangered lives? Sure, he shouldnt have run but he was on a bike, even if he did hit another car, he would be the one in danger.. not the people in the car. Thats his own stupidity but thats no reason to beat somebody. And just because he’s black doesnt mean he has drugs on him. And if you were a cop, you would be unemployed quickly

@unoitaliano as of today, all 3 cops were fired, and are facing federal charges, a crime is a crime regardless who commits it, once He surrendered, they should’ve handcuff him, end of story, I assume they are profecional police officers, and they should acct like it, and no let emotions get involved.

Now about your theory of killing numerous people. How many pedestrians did you see? I saw none. You know what I saw, a guy on a bike who wouldve killed himself if he crashed and nobody else. Your theory is highly unlikely. And the cops lost their jobs, like i said would happen to you if you were there.
