This is crazy. And even crazier in the US. They are tryin to make it ILLEGAL here to even video cops in action! In three states it is now illegal to record any on-duty police officer! (Illinois, Massachusetts, and Maryland). If you record any cops in action in those states u can be arrested and put in jail.

@zk92000 really I would LOVE to see ANY case in regards to that “law” I will be the first person to step up and offer my services to anyone charged under that “law” with a “crime” or “infraction of statute” as it is a clear violation of the Constitution. People need to not only know their rights, they need to know how to assert them.

@squillyb7718, it sounds nuts. Apparently it has to do with consent. All parties must consent to being videod. I pulled this from Google (if you happen to witness a couple of cops ruthlessly beating & sexually abusing a woman in handcuffs in the middle of the street and you happen to video tape the event, you could not use that recording in court against those cops in at least three states (of the 12 states that require all-party consent) unless the cops and the victim consent to being taped.)
