I still fail to understand what concerns you are trying to address, how you suggest whatever change you are seeking is to be brought about, and what physical evidence (aside from hearsay) you are using to support your conclusions. A response outlining your specific goals (not vague philosophical arguments) and how you plan to achieve them would be greatly appreciated.
