Yay for paul!
The saddest thing you’ve ever seen? Really? That’s a normal god damn day where I live. People disrupting peoples lives. It was in no way racist in any way. It was just a dumb ass bitch being obnoxious and wanting attention.
Keepin it Real wooo! The 2nd video was an obvious troll.
Don’t feed the trolls.
Did you just says “fenced to learn”????
Bahaha.
I wasn’t there and don’t know the full story, but for the situation and the threat level, I think they were a little quick to wrestle her to the ground. I wonder if she had been white, blond, thin and the cops thought she was good looking would they have done that so quickly?
I am also disturbed by the amount of racist glee that so many of the commenters take in the manhandling of a black woman.
She definitely handled the situation poorly.
Maybe you are a little bit off here, Paul. Before she even got up the cop had his hand on her shoulder, and she barely got a chance to stand up before he started restraining her. It was a young girl, not an armed criminal. Disrupting a college class does not warrant that kind of reaction, I don’t think. She was absolutely in the wrong, but blunt force like that is unnecessary. We pay for our police, and our college, we should be treated with a little more respect than that.
If she was white, blond, thin, good looking… and her last name was Hilton that wouldn’t have happenned for sure.
You’re a reddit user? :D :D :D
I like it how nobody is paying attention to the reason she threw the bottle in the first place.. I bet she gets loads of negative feedback on her looks every day and today she snapped in the wrong place at the wrong time…
Hahaha “You need to watch the news!” Lol, I agree man, great video.
lol. the video played out nicely when you quoted him and he said “the saddest thing, I’ve ever seen, in my life” all emotional
Respect is earned, not freely given. She disrupted the education of those in her class, and they paid for that class as well. She threw a water bottle at someone, in my world that’s assault. She had the choice to leave the class without incident, but chose to have the police involved. I would expect my campus police to remove someone like that for the safety of everyone involved.
If I pay your salary, I have earned your respect. Yes, other students paid for that class as well, but a five or ten minute disruption, and a small plastic bottle thrown in someone’s direction does not illicit a reaction as brutal as this. She was un-armed and no one was in danger. I agree she should have been escorted out of the class, but not tackled to the floor and handcuffed. Eye for an eye and all that jazz.
She had PLENTY of time do to it the easy way. She CHOSE this. “You gonna have to carry my ass outta here”
The teacher and the other students deserve more respect. This brat deserves to be expelled so everyone else can get back to work.
Not sure what time scale you’re on, or what video you watched, but I’m pretty sure I counted a good maybe 15 seconds at the most from the time the cop was standing behind her and when she got tackled to the floor.
I agree, the rest of the class deserved more respect. And perhaps she should be expelled and given a partial refund. But I can’t accept any justification for police brutality.
@araless She should have left when the teacher told her to. Start your clock then.
@araless The girl refused to leave and even told them they would have to physically remove her from the class. She is the one who escalated it to that point. Had I been her that would have never happened because if a teacher told me to leave I would get up and leave. If I had a problem with that request I would take it up with the school admins like a civilized person.
@araless How long was it from when the teacher told her to leave until the time she was on the ground?
The whole video is what, 5 minutes, and it looked like recording started towards the end of the bottle throwing incident. Escorting someone out shouldn’t involve physical violence, that’s all I’m saying. It surprises me you disagree with that.
@araless “Escorting someone out shouldn’t involve physical violence” Yeah, I agree. That’s why they ask you to leave. This is what she said, “You gonna have to carry my ass outta here”. Don’t blame the cops, she’s the one who was looking for trouble and she found it.
