THE REASON – THE LORRY DRIVER was slowing the traffic down and waving his arm out of the vehicle, therefore obstructing me” “driver waving arm UP & DOWN, waving arm ABOUT, whilst looking at screen” But Police camera turns ‘off-road’ after following a speeding car (81mph) – – – – A SEPARATE INCIDENT Wheres the lorry driver waving??? Why is PC Grenville Vernon CONNOR 2132 – LYING? Independent Police Complaints Commission, reviewing case: – “we have a copy of the video, it shows you (LGV driver) LEANING OUT of your lorry – waving your ARMS at other drivers, as police allege” – warning of speed camera. Am I right in thinking you were done for perverting the course of justice for waving at other motorists, yet this doesn’t appear on the video tape?
Were you stopped at the time or did you get something thru the post?
What was ‘doctored’ with the footage?
Unfortunately, due to an impending parliamentry debate on this issue the ‘waving trucker’ can’t elaborate further at this time.
However – found guilty of ‘obstructing a police officers duty’, on clear and credible police evidence.
But where in this video is the ‘waving’ which resulted in the speed camera ‘not sighting’
Perhaps the lack of ‘waving’ in this withheld video material – is the reason the police have ORDERED their ‘prey’ not to show this footage in public???
