LOL… the local news aired this story; the Chief himself is warning they will investigate and prosecute as necessary… apparently they feel someone has “posed as an officer” and the fliers are criminal not just graffiti… free speech is a facade as much as the 4th is. Good luck!!!
Get a few famous people to do a road trip to Greenfield. that would not end well for these jackasses with badges. Imagine the damage a few dozen thousand people can do to a small town just by obeying the law.
You guys are outdoing yourselves. This is phenomenal work. This is inspiring. The Greenfield PD should acknowledge that fact. The more that system works you over, the more they’ll draw, and they’ll learn soon enough that plenty of people will be visiting their town and are happy to bring their system into gridlock. The state is a fiction, and the prosecutor is not allowed to take the stand because they don’t have firsthand knowledge of any facts of any alleged case.In order for a case to be brought to court there must be standing,meaning that there MUST be an injured party that swore an affidavit alledging injury,or pecuniary loss. Hey guys you only need to read that stuff I sent you,it lays it all out.In a nutshell, never enter a plea,claim common law jurisdiction,always begin with”for the record”in court

No victim, no crime area is a little to vague for me . So, if I drop litter, graffiti the whole town, spit and swear wherever I want. Are there victims? And of course these type of immoral acts are covered by statutes/regulations. Anyone seen doing these things are held accountable supposedly by the Police and that’s right in view.
