Nobody just walks down a street and then turns, threatens and shoots a random stranger, especially not a cop. Drug dealers dont even do that. School shooters dont even do that. Serial killers dont even do that. only truly crazy people do that, or people with a damn good reason for it.

At the very least, Ian Birk committed manslaughter and should have been charged. It’s mind boggling he wasn’t and shows the corruption of justice in the Seattle Police Dept.
you hear his tone of voice when talking to his fellow officers and when he is on the radio. if he feared for his life wouldnt he have sounded more nervous. in a situation like that if i had lived through something where i feared for my life i would have been really nervous and found it hard to even stand.
