The only assault on this video was when (former) Aiken SC Deputy punched this guy in the throat. He expected people to believe his story that this guy “jumped’ at him. The people decide whether cops keep on being cops in Aiken SC and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division watched this same video, “cried assault” as well, fired and arrested him two days later. He was bonded out on charges of misconduct in office and assault and battery. The guy he punched was released without charges.
