The amateur video shows police struggling to arrest several men, when an officer appears to kick one man several times as he is held on the ground. The same officer then turns and yells at a second man, kicks him and knees him as another officer holds the man down. Police said the officers used pepper spray in an effort to disperse those involved and took six people into custody. A man found lying on the ground was taken to hospital with a head injury and was treated and released, police said. None of the officers was injured and all six people taken into custody were released without charges, they said. We are working hard on getting some of these scum cops off the street, and are encouraging citizens and business to use video/cell phones to do so. This has become a real problem here. We are especially interested in rock bay, mason street and pandora, where we have a few known problem officers. We will have more mobile cameras up and running soon to catch them in action. If you submit videos make sure you include badge numbers and license plates to get this human garbage off our streets.

April 12th: Two Victoria police officers were taken to hospital after a car ran a red light and crashed into a police van on Wednesday morning at the intersection of Fort and Quadra streets. Victoria police said the two female officers in the police van were taken to hospital with shoulder and neck injuries.

2) If u watch the video, the injured kid sent his friend to get help from the cop. His friend talks to the cop & points to his friend, & then walks over there with the cop. Then the cop goes nuts on the poor kid, who was only asking for help.
