I think that these parents don’t have this girl on nightly bed time schedule or routine. I think if they would simply darken the house and get her tired a couple of hours before bedtime ( mere darkness triggers us to go to sleep) Maybe evaluate her night time meals to see if she is getting a balanced meal or meals with fresh greens or veggies and fruits, whole grain foods, proteins, milk and avoid sugar and salt daily or before bed time and she will naturally want to go to bed. No police needed

If a child is autistic they could have sensory issues that make a shower seem like rocks hitting them. That would be very good reason to throw a “fit”. The police are not the ones to call, but the mother has no idea what to do, as a last resort the cops are called. Get the little girl and her mother help in understanding WHY. This can be easily handled with the right information. Ignorant judgments don’t help.
Really?? This is crazy first of all she shouldn’t have called the police because of her daughter not taking a shower..obviously she isnt a good parent. Second.. the officer shouldn’t have even considered using a taser on a 10 yr old girl! If I was her father I would come for the cop and I would never hit a girl but if she told the officer to tase my daughter I would.
