What a dumbass. He clearly went in there spoiling for a fight. Swaggering around like a caged animal, no doubt trying to intimidate office personell. This got less than he deserved if you ask me.
If I was being beaten I would do what I had to to escape. However, I have learned that by being calm, polite, and respectful with police it never gets to the point of being beaten(at least it hasn’t with me).
There are cases where police have done completely illegal acts on civilians, but in this case I think if the man would have peacefully walked away he would have had no problem.
Statute of limitations? Vid is over 2 years old. P.S. – you’re lucky you didn’t end up with a service round to the head. Never smart to bow up to the police, no matter how “outlaw” you think you are.
If you are not guilty, why do you want an attorney? Trying to fleece the taxpayers in a civil action? If I were the cops, I would have tasered your ass, and if I was the judge, I would hace given you a minimum of 90 days for resisting. Dumbass.
