Like I said in my post, nothing can excuse what that officer did. This does not mean that the guy here was a total victim and did absolutely nothing wrong.

Nor does this give a servant legal persmission to use police powers to detain a person requesting forms for a redress of grievances. Clearly this officer of the law was impeding this man’s rights and in so doing is in violation of the Law. Therefore he should be arrested and stripped of his authority, which is granted to him, in part by the very person exersizing his Constitutional Rights, which are not granted by government, but by his very existance. Unless you only belive in UCC Admiralty.
