Sgt. Bret Palmer arrives at a situation in an open area (not taped off) where a deputy has taken my camera because I was filming the Maricopa County Sheriff’s ransacking vendor’s booths under the premise that they are seeking pirated material. However they are not presenting search warrants and they are asking everyone (including US Citizens) for legal status in the US. Palmer (1409) admits on camera that he has just deleted what they previously claim to be “evidence” off my camera and states that I “won’t be putting that shit on you tube”. He then taunts me and says “I know more in this office about case law don’t argue with me about what your civil rights are”. “I know what your civil rights are If you think you’ve got an issue, go find an attorney and sue me”. “Palmer 1409 alright?” “Join the bandwagon!”
of course they feel completely untouchable. They belong to a violent monopoly that has almost no accountability at all. Try to get all those folks out their to see the videos, “don’t talk to the police,” and checkpointusa’s videos. Take care activista.

So was this man sued. He should be. Im thinking of sending this to the attorney general myself. I called the department of justice and left a message. I hope everyone does. The officer stole the mans camera and destroyed evidence of HIS crime. Taking a camera that was not involved in a crime without a warrent the officer,is a disgrace to all men and women who died defending the constitution pathetic
