The 71 year old Ginee Karr tells Peoria Arizona City Attorney Stephen Kemp and allegedly internal affairs officer Sgt. Picaralo with two witnesses present about being set up by the local police and in particular her suspicionc that one officer based on information and belief, John Naehrbass was likely the one stalking her and driving up and down her street outside the jurisdiction of the Peoria Police even before the false charges were brought against her for a “hit and run” that the police asserted happend on private property… in a Home Depot parking lot. This, even if it occured, would be a civil property damage matter, but in Peoria Arizona, the police are the rulers of their own collective agenda, and, Mr. Kemp is the dictator of all people, a lawyer with nothing better to do but obstruct justice and in this case subvert the law and violate a 71 year old woman who is devestated and bankrupted by his corruption and that of the City of Peoria Arizona and the State of Arizona. The recording of this “interview, meeting and covert interogation” takes place after the woman writes to Senator John McCain, and, is blown off by McCain and the corrupt poltics in Arizona. Aparently, all this effort is made in attempts to scae and harass people into not coming forward and reporting police abuse and misconduct, a cover up of system failures, apathy and complacancy that could cost a woman and her two children ages 4 and 5 their own lives as you will hear in the next segment part …
