@kcirdrab because vocally opposing cops is neither illegal nor reasonable suspicion for anything unlawful. Im not sure about photography, but that shouldnt be illegal either. This who mentality that police can subdue you and arrest you and sort it out later is retarded.
@whatever5004 – He can take that up with the desk duty officer at the station when they hand him over to his custody. If they`ve falsely arrested him then file a formal complaint/prosecute for wrongfull arrest.

The PD in Denver are pretty much out of control…one video like this after another on the news there. was in town for the mile high music festival this summer and they had a video on the news over and over of…guess what? The Denver PD beating some poor guy half to death for walking out of a bar! Denver sucks…
