“Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.” Leviticus 19:15
“Judge not according to the appearance but judge righteousness judgments.” John 7:24
“Open thy mouth judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.” Proverbs 31:9
“Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbor, and not suffer sin upon him.” Leviticus 19:17
“Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people that I may discern between good and evil: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?” 1 Kings 3:9
Context is very important, the Bible condemns unrighteous judgments. Wherein James 4:11-12 reads “Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. 12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?”
If you read it in context, the passage is specifically talking about SPEAKING EVIL, or in other words, judging a person’s heart which only God can do, OR overlooked and ill-based judgments that condemns such a person even if the person who makes such judgments have no real discernment in his words, this qualifies as an unrighteous judgment which leaves a person who makes such judgments to stand in judgment before God.
To say we’re not to judge AT ALL is complete nonsense. If there is a dispute between brothers, you are to appoint a JUDGE to discern who’s right and who’s wrong according to 1 Corinthians 6:5.

Reuben i know that you mean well but I want to let you know that it is not our responsibility to judge those people that are not of God’s church.We are only to judge those that are inside God’s universal church that calls themselves a brother or sister in christ. We are to expel the wicked men from among us.

God bless you brother. How can we know how to approach a person without making decisions about what kind of a person they are, and what God wants us to say to them. This is judgment.
It is good to judge, if we did not, we would be unsure of what to do at any possible time.
