I voluntarily surrendered my DL and my registration was expired. Got pulled over a few weeks ago…now I have to go to court here in NC to remind them that they don’t have jurisdiction.

I really like the way that you have explained this RAM, it is spot on . I don;t know what the way out of it is other than enough people refusing to conform. The biggest problem is the sheeple mentality and that is going to get in the way of progress.
Isn’t the idea of the word “includes” that it means “means”? That would make an accident, intentional, which would fit with a common law crime. Sometimes I think that all words in statutes have to conform to the common law because they are all one way pre-judicial contracts that have to conform to the judicial common law.
if the automobil is not registered then the corporation does not have legal titile…
accept for value the charges on court and as consideration they should prove that they hold legal title…
accept the charges on condition they prove who’s holding the legal title.

When you “register” something, you establish it in Trust.
A legal fiction is created and is associated with the thing (right or property) that you registered.
For example, a car is “registered”, thereby establishing a Trust, and a ‘Motor Vehicle’ (legal fiction) is created associated with the car, and you become entrusted with that ‘Motor Vehicle’ and stand bound as a Trustee with fiduciary duties in dealing with that ‘Motor Vehicle’, whilst they hold legal title to the real car in Trust.
Rob, My question is
Will these type of argument stand in court ? I am determined to rid my self of what is to me a evil system. But what will I have to look forward to? Jail time for claiming my rights? I’ll be proud of it ! But I’d like to know, if, at-list, I have a chance.

Wrote my previous post before the end of video. Now I can see, we really have only one option. Become like them “Thieves” use the money to by guns, teaser, big stick, and steel toes, and wait till theirs enough of us. But see one more problems. They have, chemical, Biological warfare and Nuk. I’m not Rob, but as he explained. The Gov., courts and, the police will pass the buck. They are all in it together.
There is an individual remedy, its called the “Notice of Understanding and Intent, Claim of Right” (NOUAICOR), if properly filed and undisputed, gives the author the right to act as prescribed in the claim of right, thus defining law as you understand it. Although doing so will have them present you with many opportunities to defend your claim, so study up.
