Maybe the head of icbc needs to have 5000 requests for interviews? We should all ask for interviews ‘seeking clarification’ on this issue. A few hundred callers would get the public eye to this wrongdoing, I always though car insurance was based on a ‘what if’ just like gambling. These guys are profiting by removing our rights, big time crime.

Ive been playing the phone tag game with officials of my government as well. One thing that is abundantly clear is no official will choose to be accountable, preferring instead to rely on voicemail to obfuscate their responsibilities.
As far as I get it so far, an automobile, car or carriage is a physical object, whereas a ‘Motor Vehicle’ is a created legal-fiction and is equitable in nature (i.e. that regarding a Trust status).
When you say you have a ‘Motor Vehicle’, that implies you are entrusted with that created legal fiction, and you have duties as a Trustee to use it according to their terms and conditions as established when you “registered” the car, thereby creating a ‘Motor Vehicle’ in Trust.

when I moved here it was the fact in british columbia I had no option for insurance , that is to say there is only one insurer in this province, got me looking for answers as to how this could happen in a supposed free country ,and it was clear that the game/games in the province were and are rigged against anyone who has to buy insurance , same goes for purchase of alcohol 400 percent taxed as well as numerous other hyper enforced systems here in british columbia .
so thank you icbc for becoming a beacon for people to start to question the systems put forth by the handling agencies
