The announcer says this took place in South Carolina, but the cops cite Georgia law, so I just wanted to point that out since it is an inconsistency and I did not edit this video. It’s obvious the cops were pissed about how this driver pulled over (indicated by their dramatic exasperation over skid marks), so they were looking for him to give them any reason to arrest him and abuse him. Funny enough, this soft spoken gentleman was beyond compliant, and for God’s sake passed the sobriety test, giving them no bait at all to bite at–and even still, these officers found a reason to arrest him, and tase him WHILE HE WAS LYING FACE DOWN ON THE GROUND IN HANDCUFFS. Then they pepper spray his mother after she–surprise surprise–becomes excited about the whole situation.
This English fruitcake is a fucking idiot. Even if you pass the sobriety test they still have to take you to the station in most states to make sure your blood level is below the legal limit.
