June 25, 2008 – Steve and Jean Marlowe relax with their lawyer Ben Scales after evidence from the search warrant was thrown out and the confidential informant was ruled unreliable. All charges against Steve for growing medical marijuana were dropped late that afternoon. On the following day, Steve tells how it feels to see the truth win out and Jean plans to insure that citizen’s rights are respected in the future.
