yes we all know what happened in germany in 1930s when hitler came into power, police state. That is exactly what the boston police are doing here, there just using an “event” to make claim that they have the authority to do such things, when clearly they dont. But if you actually believe the event that they are using is true and holds value, because you fear it and wish to protect yourself, then you are waiving your rights that protect you from such things from happeneing

police have no right to search your house without a search warrant. Police cant search you either unless they have probable cause or evidence to believe you are doing something ilegal. next time cop trys to randomly search you say this” i dont consent to be searched” BUT THEY can search you if they have probable cause to believe your doing something illegal
They loopholed this enough to make it legal, sadly. With you having the right to deny them the search it doesn’t violate the 4th Amendment. Problem is, police are trained well to deal with civilians. Polite requests that sound like orders combined with the intimidation a cop brings and they usually get their way.
Know your rights, it can save you a lot of legal trouble.
This is how it always begins. They say it is for “Safety” For your “own good”, to “Protect the children”. those are phrases that translate to “fuck you and the constitution, we’ll do whatever the hell we want!”

I am a sword an knife collector. If police had walked into my room, they would think they had just walked into a armory, and then probably confiscate every bladed weapon I own including a butter knife, and then declare me a potential threat to my neighbors -_-
