Due to a decrease in alcohol-related deaths, Scott County came off Minnesota’s list of the 15 deadliest counties in 2007.

The following counties are still on the list: Dakota, Anoka, Blue Earth, Crow Wing, Hennepin, Ramsey, St. Louis, Sherburne, Stearns, Washington and Wright.
Not wanting to be left out, Beltrami, Cass, Olmsted and Rice counties were recently added to the list.
