STS-123 Distant Blinking “Something”

March 15th, 4:50pm (PST). As the astronauts are decompressing and preparing to install “Dexter” onto the “Arm”, NASA switches to a outside shot of the station and in the distance a slow moving blinking “something” is seen in the distance (look closely around the left third of the frame, hard to see). NASA does see it, and attempts to quickly switch to the Orbital Path Map graphics (which didn’t happen the first time they tried to switch)
