@slapurmommaz Give me a link to the story, back you facts. I see @ :41 a cop kicking a man you say is choking. Before the cops came in the room there’s no indication he’s choking himself and he has some body movement, but not the type of a man choking grasping for air. My guess and I only watched the video 5 times, is that he’s shirt was pulled up to his neck during the struggle with the cops. Watch @ 2:11 where the cops are lifting the man up by the shirt with it still around his neck to cut it

Here’s a link for you. The person who posted this video (the alleged victim) only put what he wanted you to see. He INTENTIONALLY left out when he puts the item on his neck that we see being cut off at the end of the video. The district attorney states there is approx. more than 25 minutes we don’t see. Obviously because the man who posted this on youtube doesn’t want us to see that.
