Actually in Russia they say “good cop-Dead cop”. This shows how bad things are. I agree that this problem should be paid much attention, but personally I do not believe that giving the cops another name will change anything.
Being sometimes angry with our militia I have always thought that in some other contries police are not that cruel))) On reading the comments it became obvious to me that criminals are always underpaid whatever their wages are!!!
