LOS ANGELES — Despite lying on the ground with his arms and legs spread, a suspect got a face full of police boot on Wednesday. The kicking cop added insult to injury by giving a post-beating high five. The brutality was the final chapter of a pursuit that began about 1:30 pm at an attempted traffic stop in El Monte, Calif. Police tried to stop the motorist for a traffic violation, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jose Nunez.
Hey criminals should get back what they did to others, if you kick someone and the face and are arrested, you should be kicked in the face.

@dwayneload Key word in this argument “protect” the jackass clearly already gave up, Next in protocol was (and should of been) to arrest the criminal not to beat him before arresting him. Its called police brutality they all beat him and he couldn’t even defend himself.
@M4st3r3Ch0 Did he “give up,” or was he cornered? It appears to be clear that he ran until he had no where to go. He didn’t surrender when he struck the innocent people’s cars on the street. He didn’t surrender when he had a choice. He was cornered by the police and had no options. That is no surrender at all. The kick to the head was a stunning blow meant to ensure that he could not get up and do any more damage.
