Keep in mind that the New York times published all the documents as well and they had every right to. Perhaps you think the NY times is a terrorist organization? It’s not that I agree with Wikileaks or the NY times for doing this. In fact most I generally disagree.. but to call them terrorists? That’s just crazy. Shall we water board them now? @lestliness Assange released the documents to harm the US and it’s allies. His terrorist cells are hacking internet sites. He believes that the US is trying to take over the world. We can’t control our own country let alone the world. His ideology towards the US is dangerous. Fortunately, the world will go on as though nothing happened.

The NYT might be taken to court yes. Publishing national secrets is also a crime, but whether THIS administration will go that route to prosecute the NYT is not certain.
And I do say that those that blatantly support terrorists ARE terrorists. Some of the leaked secrets are EXTREMELY useful to terrorists, and both the NYT and Assange well know it.

I agree with everything in your last post, except that the world won’t go on as though nothing happened. Afghanis who helped expose Taliban operatives are in danger, terrorists now have a list of targets, a number of diplomats who otherwise would work with the U.S. will back off… so Assange did do real damage.

It’s quite obvious the criminals are in the house. They make their own rules, and everybody must play through it. No wonder society are so saturated with amusement park in the living room. People might ask, what is the purpose of the US Constitution if the criminals are playing their own rules and put to prison whoever opposes. Is the US Constitution applies only to the crooks? Freedom of the media violate the US Constitution? They can’t come up with anything, so they made a new law against him.
