The recording warning is coming from the county jail. They also charge the person receiving the call a huge charge usually a dollar per minute. Cops and jails are not servants to the people they are henchmen for the corruption.

Unbelievable! Why isn’t Mayor Villaraigosa telling the truth? In yesterday’s “State of the City” address, he stated it will be a ‘tough time for everyone right now in Los Angeles’.” Not for L.A.’s superior court judges! These judges should pay back the taxpayer money they have taken and SAVE the jobs of people who need them to feed their families. Once again, it is the backs of Angelenos that will be burdened to clean up the mess big business and government has created! Richard Fine is a hero.
