@ArrestAJudgeKit Terry as I noted, more shenanigans as Judge McCafferty finally (and quietly) recused herself in my Free Press Case, KingCast v. Ayotte et al. 2010-Cv-501 she worked for the same damn law firm as Ayotte and my opposing counsel, McLane, Graf.
The Interent changes everything, at least until they take it away from us. Until then I’ll be firing my Canons.

They are giving you the run around and playing stupid. I dealt with city officials before using that tactic. They will route your calls to answering machines, say they never got your message, accidentally erased it, working on phone system, person not in, they went on vacation won’t be back in two weeks and so forth.

Ellen Langer’s copy machine experiment proved that the vast majority of people will blindly believe anything as long as a reason or excuse is given for the activity. It didn’t matter how ridiculous the reason or excuse is. Now you add a badge or a symbol of authority and it is almost like questioning God if you don’t blindly believe a cop. The average IQ of a cop = 104 or 2 pts above ave. intell!
