So all the dumb kids magically get smart after their horrible government provided education then start the greatest companies on earth. Our public schools suck because government runs them, like many other services they run suck. But most of the best universities are private

The dumbing down of America is the main problem. Our system of public education absolutely stinks, and it’s only getting worse. For most, attending 4 years of college, means you start out your adult life with a mortgage payment on a house that you can’t live in…fucking ridiculous.
Where people want to live, where you can be shot robbed rape at any moment, where you dont have the freedom to argue with the COPS, and remain submissive without questioning whats happening because it can be use in the court, where poor people cant go to Hospitals (have to pay)and pay to get education. Education are for dumb people who are manipulated.

US spends more money in weapons than all the others countries in the world.
???You have to pay to go to a Hospital and to school, your schools are for dumb people with cross exames where students have to memorize instead of understanding.

I was taught the US was great, like other kids, until it became casual. I never thought it weird if someone else boasted about their country too. It’s just like calling your own parents the best in the world. Now I understand it’s annoying-like the brat kid who’s like “My daddy has a better job” but know nothing. But I suspect sometimes, that others have more of a problem with america then it does with them. But I know we’re far from the best.

The guy in this video is certainly looking at the small picture. Does the fact that it’s been 40+ years since the moon landing mean that we’re a backwater now? Americans are far richer than they were 40 years ago. They have better access to education and better health care. We’ve defeated Communism and our businesses have lifted millions out of poverty across the globe. We’ve stood up for individualism and capitalism. Russia and China won’t play nice forever, humanity’s only hope is the USA.

I always wonder why countries try to compare each other…why they want to be called “The best country in the world”? I mean..I am from Germany and god knows we did a lot of wrong things in the past. And we germans still suffer from it when we tell others that we are german..all the weird looks we get and the comments.

I know your not. America is great. I live close to the boarder and visit quite often. Shop in Portland, vacation in Cali, Vegas, have friends in Phoenix. Just this “were the best and you’re shit” attitude is annoying. Americans, Canadians, much of Europe, we are all vary fortunate as we have it soooo much better then many places.
