Also, do I work harder than a nurse? IT DEPENDS ON THE NURSE! You can’t compare apples to oranges dude, but I guarantee I don’t work nearly as hard as someone in construction, yet am paid twice as much. Not everyone is capable of doing all jobs. What planet do you live on?

I know of hundreds of women who do the same job I do (database administration) who get paid a hell of a lot more. Why? They have a broader skill set, more experience, took greater risks or live in a place with better opportunities.

This is not honest. He started out with good points, but then he failed. America was never the great nation we romanticize it to be. It couldn’t even be considered a “good” nation until the civil rights movement. After the movement, it didn’t improve all that much. Women still don’t have equal pay in a lot of ways, and de facto segregation is still a lot more present than people want to admit. We need to stop looking to the past “glory days” and look to how we can improve the future.
not paranoia, there is ridiculous examples of it. They dont want the citizens to be involved in what THEY are planning. they dont want citizens concerned with where their money is going. They want us, distracted, lazy..and utterly complacent. they want us believing we have no power. I LOVE my country i do. However, we have to start paying attention. Stand up and say no more do we spend 100 times as much on the defense budget than our education system.. No more do we allow the privilege few to exploit loop holes within our financial system make 100s of Billions.. lay off thousands and leave the Gov with the fall out! How do we allow laws to pass which gives large corporations a tax break for killing jobs in the US and sending them overseas!? Nobody says a word!
