well as far as i’m concerned i have proof that i have not consented to contract with this corporation as all PCN”s are contractual payments if i do not act i’m consenting to contract
the only way i can make it clear that i dont wish to contract is to return to ender no contract
that is why she threw it a t me in the first place because if she had told me it was a PCN i had the right to say
