This is nothing new from WPBPD. The individual got lucky, they left the camera on. I know a lot of people wished when WPBPD was kicking their a** that they were stupid enough to leave the cameras on. This dude is going to get paid!!!
These are bad cops, pure and simple. No one deserves to be treated in this matter. They were being punks by hitting him when he was handcuffed. I hope all of them lose their jobs.
Some cops think that they are god or something high and mighty abouve every1 else.
But you see, when the cops treat “criminals” in this manner, they themselves become “criminals”. It is not their job to punch, and kick a “suspect”..it’s their job to see they go to jail, and then court to be found guilty, and then punished. There is no justification for this behavior.

chief delsa bush I was treated improperly by a police officer who used to do security at a holiday inn. he was a bald cop. he commited asault and battery on me, but treatened me so like many, specially blacks, I had to stay quite. all you cops are a disgrace to the human race.
