in maryland it is illegal to video tape a cop without consent, they don’t want to be caught breaking the law. without video tape as evidence police are free to fabricate a false story, and put a lot of innocent people in jail. i figure it is a lot safer to carry a gun, rather then a camera, because if you video tape a cop brutally attacking an innocent person, then that cop can arrest you, but if you shoot a cop for brutally attacking an innocent person, the cop’s dead so you can just walk away.
