Good God Almighty. I can’t believe this only has 22 views – and even in Kansas this is the first I’ve heard of this. SICKENING pieces of sh*t. I read today that folks are trying to ‘protect’ the taxpayers by limiting amounts from lawsuits (stemming from this EVIL BEHAVIOR).
