If you look at the history of the tax code, the tax rates now are lower than they’ve been since the late ’80s in which Reagan essentially abolished the graduated income tax.
PS, back in the 50’s and 60s the graduated income tax rate went as high as 90%. Tax rates are even below the historical average. They just reauthorized the Bush tax cuts. Complete scaremongering on the part of Alex Jones here.
