@macpduff This is exactly why so many terrible “opinions” are coming out of FC and ruining the lives of the children and families involved. These judicial criminals want our children to “go bad” so they can have more “laws” passed to cost us even more of our freedoms. It’s the way these evil criminal minds (elite ruling class, judges, etc.) work. And they want us to call them “Your Honor”. There is very little honor in their souls!
back in the day many decades ago, we used to have cows that were grass and grain fed, no weird stuff added – i know cuz as a kid we had to feed the cows – and during their feeding time, we’d hook ’em up and milked them, dip our kitchen pitchers in the tank for our table, skim the most amazing cream off and make all kinds of things with it – better than what you can buy today. our amish neighbors would barter with us too. those days are it seems memories..
@macpduff Because in that year while we were celebrating our bi-centennial, congress passed Public Law 94-381, which amended the procedure by which an injured citizen could get injunctive relief to enjoin the de facto govt. officer and stop further injuries and to redress grievances already committed. It crippled our first and fourteenth amendments. And it hid the Three-judge ct. or Law ct. Since then, congress has further weakened our routs to remedy in other ways too numerous to go into here.
The reason authority figures violate our rights as brazenly as they do is because they have been reassured that they will get away with it. And sadly, they usually do because we have been stripped of the power of laws that formerly protected our rights. When’s the last time any of you checked the congressional record for the terrible things they are doing to our rights? It’s enough to make one want to pull their hair out. We’re not going to get our rights back except by pulling together!
