There is nothing heroic about an out of control child with a gun and badge who is never held accountable for his actions. Cops always say they are held to a higher standard; is this the higher standard they speak of? Cops are not public servants; they are a gang of wild animals. With overtime a cop can make 100k a year. Thats 100,000 of our tax dollars paying an animal to beat the shit out of us. Hell yeah!, only in America.

Cops are not patriotic and this type of behavior occurs all the time. Cops shit on the American flag and wipe their ass with our Constitution. The same Constitution that brave men and women died for in: The Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan. Cops are the ultimate insult to these fallen war heroes who gave their lives for our freedom. Cops do not respect the communities or the citizens they serve. Cops are not Americans and they need to GET THE FUCK OUT of this country.
With his gun, badge and low I.Q. Officer Mustache loses control and attacks a citizen. Citizen files lawsuit and is awarded 1 million of your tax dollars. (Where else did you think that money came from?) That is $1,000,000.00 less for education and numerous other community improvement projects. Lower education leads to less opportunity and ultimately more crime. Less spending on community improvement projects leads to run down communities, a lower standard of living and ultimately more crime.

I am from El Paso and I can say that our cops are hard ass. But that is the reason that we have almost no crime. This cop was a complete jerk for doing what he did, no doubt. But the fact that he is a hispanic is not an issue. I have seen ALOT more stupid ass white ppl and blacks on Youtube than hispanics.

I really don’t know the law when it comes to stopping along a highway where an emergency situation is present. I could see why police may want to keep the immediate area clear for safety’s sake if this is indeed what this was all about.
