I understand your concern for providing health care. But to call it a “basic human right” is a bit over the top. I feel a right is something which cannot be bought or sold, and certainly not something for which someone else should have to pay. Example: freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, etc.
Still, I agree, basic medical treatment benefits all.
