@iceberg08eas: I suppose cops will be arresting anyone they deem necessary for any hypothetical reason they could conjure up. “Well, at that point, the suspect LOOKED LIKE HE MIGHT PULL SOMETHING OUT OF HIS POCKET,… blah, blah, blah.” Or maybe they’ll even take people into custody because their haircuts MIGHT CAUSE A RIOT.

When England go abroad to play in the Euro or World Cup they always end up having riots that last for days England takes over!
