Oh yea….a bunch of 10 year olds making noise is cause for handcuffs. What a bunch of assholes those cops are. Figures it happened in Canada, the new Fascist State of the western world. I agree with kalpoider…but not only the idiot neighbor.
Does the arresting police officer have a self-confidence problem?
What police officer sees himself as a fit person to be a police officer doing something like this?!! This officer was scared of a ten year old?!!
I can’t believe this.
Today, I saw a budgie in a cage. I was so thankful that this aggressive monster was behind bars!
“Officers will use handcuffs whenever they feel there is a threat of any kind…” OHFUCK DONALD LOOK! A CHILD! HURRY UP CUFF THIS LITTLE FUCKER BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT!!11
@GabrielEspinosa7 Hey, hey, hey. Don’t be insulting Canada. I’ve seen more police brutality vids from Americans, anyway. Besides… at least Canadians wouldn’t stop a 16-year-old girl from going home with her family.
@KazehanaAyame, no offense against the Canadian PEOPLE….just the government and government entities! I feel the same about what’s going on over here btw! Question – what are you refering to with your comment – ‘at least Canadians wouldn’t stop a 16-year-old girl from going home with her family.”
@GabrielEspinosa7 Summer 2005. A girl I know was visiting family and becuase she turned 16 while on the trip, she wasn’t allower to return home with her family. She was stranded.
an friend of mine who is a retired VCP officer pointed out that every time he handcuffed someone he stated “This is for _my_ protection and _yours_”. By cuffing his suspect he prevented them from being overly aggressive which would then require him to defend himself. Since he was about 300lbs and a black belt judoka…
@hallpriest9 She was born in Canada and lived in the USA with her mother, who had not gotten her a green card. While she was visiting family here in Canada, she turned 16. When she tried to go back over the border with her mother and American sister, she wasn’t allowed back over the border.
@hallpriest9 A green card is what makes it legal for a Canadian to live in the USA without becoming an American. Unless you have American parents, it’s hard to get one. My friend wound up moving back to Canada when she was old enough to live on her own because she couldn’t get her green card after she got back to her family. Basically, the American parent needs to get the non-American child a green card if they want their child to not be stranded if they turn 16 while not in America.
@KazehanaAyame I’m going to assume that’s only necessary in order to live in the USA, because I, a Canadian, have been to the USA several times, and the only visa in my passport is from Brazil.
@hallpriest9 You’d be correct. The girl in question lived in the USA with her mother (who has dual citizenship) and her American sister. She was prevented from going home with her family. I have traveled to the states with my family on vacation as well.
Sure we can.
By obtaining your IP address, I can GPS track to your home and lay any damn charge I want on you (being combative, attempted assault, resisting arrest, verbal abuse, anything) even arrest you in front of your children, then drag your ass to jail..
You’re already being verbally abusive, I could get you banned from YouTube just for that if I wanted.
I just don’t think you’re all smart enough to know who you’re really fucking with, acting like juvenile delinquents and probably are too.
The neighbor would find their tires flat all the time and paint stripper fluid on their car if that was done to me

@KazehanaAyame Excuse me, “because she turned 16”? What do you mean by that?
