Why was the dog kept outdoors by himself at night, in the first place? That’s how you treat a small dog you’ve owned and supposedly loved like a family member for 11 years? Dayam, we sure do it different where I live!!! ….I bet the poor little doggie probably barked because he was so lonely for attention, that he just got too excited to see any human being. Well, with the future lawsuit settlement, the owners can buy another dog to keep outdoors by its lonesome. Way to go!

Maybe we as a society should start treating cops like they treat dogs. If they seem to be getting out of hand, they should be put down. And before someone gets uppity about how ridiculous that is, cops are humans, yada yada yada. The police should be held to a higher standard than everyone else, and the penalties for failing to live up to that high standard should be proportionately higher. We should be looking for the proverbial “best and brightest” to put our safety into the hands of.

COPS ARE ALL BAD! Do not say that there are good cops, because if that were the case, they would prevent bad cops from doing bad things. We the “people” must raise our fist and scream if we have to, in order to make a difference. On a small or large scale we can all make a difference.
