Police Brutality: An RCMP officer who killed a 21 year old motorcyclist in an alcohol related accident and fled the sccene with his two children was also one of the officers who killed Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski at Vancouver International Airport. Robert Dziekanski was tasered 5 times and left to die on the floor of the international arrivals area.

So this gives you the right to indiscriminately abuse your power at will because someone gave you flack a couple days before you had to deal with me? So stress, that is what you say makes police so brutal? Well if you cant handle the stress, FIND ANOTHER JOB.
Thank you, Most of the force is upright, honest and good citizens doing a job, but not all of them.
True i must admit there are a few questionable members. Its a shame how 1 % of the members can ruin the reputation of the men and women doing a great job. Alot of stuff is taken out of context without knowing the full story though i would imagine. I do once again agree that some of the members probably are acting in non- professional ways.
i would say there are alot of questionable members, 1% sounds like science fiction. the problem starts from the top down it wasnt long ago that your higher ups stole your pensions that alone suggests criminal activity, what about the braidwood inquiry? says the rcmp are unable to investigate themselves.
and if your a member and you know of a situation that wasnt right stemming from the actions of a member and didnt do anything wheres the justice? your just as guilty as they are.

rcmp… the biggest sick joke around. They all hide behind each other, and then look for ‘respect’ from teh public?.Won’t get any respect from me and most folks I know. Most of those goons are power control freaks with guns and tasers to prove it. Wonder how tough they are when not in uniform?. do you think that you or I or anyone here that isn’t a cop would be allowed bail? After killing someone while drunk in a vehicle with two children in it? You would go to jail, your kids would end up in a foster home and that would be the fucking end of it, except you would be charged with manslaughter on top of what the cop got. You would get 12 years minimum, probably serve 8.
our court system is weak with punishing the criminals and the civil court system seems to punish the victim. Nothing learns people like a sound beating. I say chain gangs at a minimum, make them clean up the highways under the worst weather conditions.

This is not police brutality, for one, the officer was not on duty, and the tazer death has nothing to do with it. Police Brutality is when an officer uses his position of authority or status as a police officer to take advantage or hunt someone without proper reason. This officer was not on duty, and this is not police brutality.
@hewittdj1 i guess being tazered to death cause you cant speak english isnt brutality? and because of his ” police status” we will see what kind of punishment he will recieve if any. i guessing charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
@moist182 Wow the man robert what ever his name was, was for one breaking the law by first resisting arrest, and two, disturbing the public, it is unfortunate that he died as a result of the tazer but in the situation the tazer was not over used, if someone is adjatated and is threating people, a tazer is the safest option, they paint this guy like he was doing nothing wrong when he was, he was severely adjatated in a public place using a weapon towards police, you break the law, you get tazed
@hewittdj1 the braidwood inquiry cleary stated he did everything the offiicers wanted once they showed up, during training for tazer use do you tazer each other8 times in rapid succesion? it was also pointed out that the rcmp are unable to investigate themselves that alone tells you something.
