@dopplesoldners Were you at the crime scene? Did you hear the witness accounts? Or simply put were you in the that particular situation viewing and dealing with the events as they happened? Right neither was I, hence the reason why I trust the courts to investigate it. The only information I have on the matter is one 10min court show and a million anti-cop randomness. If I had more info I would pass judgement. But I don’t make it a habit to pass judgement on people without the facts.

I agree with the guy on the right. It’s terrible that the guy sustained those injuries, but he ran from the police, for quite some time too. The officer did what he had to do to stop a fleeing suspect. The officer had good reason to believe that he was a criminal. But the guy on the left has a flawed argument, he keeps saying that the cop did something wrong because of the injuries, so if the guy had no injuries than the cop would be ok? he is basing his argument on ramification and not actions
Well considering the end result, seems self-preservation to run from a brutal beating no? The government needs to investigate why the public would run from Police.

This is unfortunate, but if he didn’t run from the police, this wouldn’t have happened. He obviously had something on him that he shouldn’t have. He was pointed out as a suspect in an assault and robbery that just took place, and running once they told him to stop made him look guilty. If he hadn’t been so close to the wall, he would’ve merely been knocked on his ass. Unfortunately, his head hit the wall. It was one strike…not like he was beaten with a baton for five minutes once he was down.
