Actually, to me it looks like an accident. 99% of you all will react thinking I’m an idiot right now. I usually don’t question police violence. But in this video, it looks to me like that the officer is going to (yes, use a bit “violence) to turn his face towards the wall, and that it surprised him that there was about 15cm space between the man and the wall, resulting in the head getting smashed instead of turned. Just look at the cop’s hand after the (what I call) incident.
